This resistance training device will strengthen the muscles used in the kicking motion. It will improve limb speed and strength through natural kicking motion. A must for football and soccer players as well as martial arts. Through proper use of the Big Kick you will develop faster leg speed ( which will increase your kicking/punting distance), endurance, greater strength and improved range of motion. The resistance band is 8' long. The super stretch latex cord also allows light resistance for an athlete who is rehabilitating an injury or for those athletes trying to prevent injuries. Through proper use of the Big Kick athletes will develop faster leg speed, proper fundamentals and greater muscular strength and endurance.

I have been using The big kick band for over a year now to help strengthen my kicking game. I use it in the weight room and on the field before games and practice to prep my kicking leg properly before taking the field. Can’t imagine working out without the Big Kick!
