1) How secure is the ordering process and my personal information?

Wizard Sports has worked to protect all personal online information and credit card ordering.  Every page on our site is secure by using SSL software. You will notice the Secure https:// in your browser address bar indicating your information has been encrypted and is safe.  Wizard Sports only has access to  information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to ship an order. 

2) How do we track our order?

Tracking info is sent out at the end of each day.  You will receive tracking info at the email address you provided.  Please allow 12- 24 hrs for the tracking information to be updated.  

3) What payment methods do you accept?

Phone, Fax, E-mail Or Secure Online  
Visa, Mastercard, Amex., Discover, PayPal, Check, Faxed Purchase Orders & School Purchase Orders.

4) What are your terms?  

Terms are Net 30 Days-F.O.B Anaheim or Oceanside, California .  A finance charge of 1 1/2% may be applied to all invoices more than 30 days past due.  If required cost of collection and any attorney fees will be added.

5) What are your Shipping & Delivery Options?  

Most Equipment is shipped F.O.B. Anaheim or Oceanside, California.  If an item is not in stock you will be informed.  Some large items are drop shipped direct from the manufacturing company. Packages are shipped UPS, Truck Frt. or USPS Postal Service For Small 1-2 Lb Packages Only. UPS Express shipping is available.  All Express Shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Air are next Business Day Only.  This will exclude Holidays & Weekends.  We reserve the right to ship the package in the most expeditious manner possible.

6) Return Policy?

We take pride in offering the best products along with excellent customer service.  We understand some items will need to be returned for possible full refund or exchange.  If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will replace or refund the full cost of the merchandise.  If an incorrect size is ordered and the product is in perfect shape just return the item and include the correct size needed.  To expedite the return process please call us Toll Free Monday-Friday 8-4 pacific time at either 888-964-5425 or 877-559-5425.  You can also email us at info@wizardsports.com.

7) Wizard Kicking Holder Warranty Info To End Users?

Wizard Sports® stands behind the manufacturing quality of its holders. All holders are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase by end user. Coverage includes manufacturing workmanship and normal use.  The warranty does not apply to products which have been altered, misused, accidents, ordinary wear and tear over time, negligence or used in any other way than the intended use.  

Wizard Sports® will pay shipping costs if the holder is under warranty and needs repair or replacement.  Inquiries for repairs and / or replacement can be made by calling 888-964-5425.  A Return Authorization is required for any holder being returned for repair and / or replacement.

Repairs can sometimes be made on holders that are out of warranty. There will be a nominal charge for repair plus shipping.  A quote will be submitted before any repairs are done
